easy christopher walsh ,it's getting hard to be someone but it all works out. it doesn't matter much to me.
easy walsh didn't have any plans for the day, at all - which was pretty rare. something like that hadn't happened since freshmen year, when he was just starting out high school and he didn't know anybody. but now, there were no notes in the calender / agenda, nothing. maybe something he had to do today slipped easy's mind, he wouldn't accept the fact he had been shut in his dorm for about a week now. he was turning into the city's biggest loser, he toke no part in the social scene. well if he wasn't already. if his eyes weren't so blue no one would take a second glance. but maybe that was just easy's self esteem talking. so the week had been boring and uneventful, until today. today he had convinced himself to get up off his ass and do something. wether it be go outside and watch the grass turn greener or hit on one of those girls who were always hanging all over him, he really didn't mind. and that's when it came to him. strawberry fields records, anyone?
it was summer. the nights were lazy, and people were still partying nonstop. the university was completely deserted at times. everyone was making sure not to waste a minute of precious summer, but of course, easy just had to throw it all away. easy was rarely seen without a ciggerate in his fingers or mouth, and right now was no exception. he had skidded to a stop once he had reached his destination, not even remembering to look at his surrondings when he had left campus. he blinked, staring at the strawberry logo outside before dropping his ciggerate, and then crushing the stub with his shoes so nothing remained but ashes.
he actually didn't know much of the male population in new york city, at waverly university, or any population at all – whenever he finally got some free time, he preferred to be alone. the gaggles of girls who seemed to follow him was nothing he asked for, and nothing he really wanted. being alone was something he treasured above most. but it was times like these he actually wished someone was near, to have an actual conversation with. he opened the door to the well-known music store and stepped inside. music had always been something else he treasured. he walked down to whatever random aisle that caught his eye. easy had stood there, glancing at the shiny album covers before he heard the bell above the door ring. he looked over, curiosity getting the best of him.
look who we have here.

jenny had been quite busy the past week, attending different partys and what not. yet for some odd reason she had nothing to do for the day. she had already checked her email and her phone, no party invites. for a girl like jenny not being invited to a party was strange, different, but strange. so on this wonderfull day she had decided to make an appearence at strawberry field records a place she knew she might be able to find mr. walsh.
jen dressed in a normal yellow sundress, one she knew would show off her gorgeous legs. a pair of white heels clung to her feet. quickly she grabbed her keys, on second thought she'd walk. grabbing her purse she left the dorm, pulling a ciggerette into her frail hand. lighting it with eash she inhaled letting the smoke out slowly through her slightly open lips, god i've needed this. she thought to herself knowing her parents would kill her if they found out she smoked. well they'd actually kill her for alot of things she did these days, but that was a different story.
finallys he arrived at her destination, flicking her half-smoked cigerette into the open street. the bell rung as she stepped through the door. a smile played her lips as she looked around, only spotting easy in the room. sure he was exactly what she was looking for, but for the time being he didnt need to know that, "Funny seeing you here." she exclaimed her turning into a flirtatious smirk.

easy christopher walsh ,living is easy with eyes closed, misunderstanding all you see.
it wasen't long before he had heard her voice right beside him. he placed the CD cover he had been looking at back on the stand and looked at the girl who had a flirtatious smirk on her face. easy knew her name, having encountered her several times before. funny seeing you here. uh, her name was jane... no, jade.. oh no, it was jenny. of course. the girl had always been a little young for him, but she would definetly be a stunner in a year or two. "i could say the same thing," he grinned crookedly, suddenly itching for a ciggerate. to be totally honest, easy wouldn't be surprised either if little jenny simply turned around and walked away. he wasn't as mysterious as he was made out to be. plus, he littered ciggeretes. what a disgrace to the human race, if i dare say so myself.
"so how've you been, jenny?" he asked. usually people asked that question without a trace of caring in their voices. but of course, easy was different. his crystal blue eyes glanced at her up and down before he turned his attention back to the CD's in front of him. temporarily. waiting for jenny to answer. he tapped his foot to some mindless tune in his head, watching as more customers started pouring in the store. his thoughts suddenly wandered, as they always did, when he got distracted. by a certain blonde he had major feelings for. but turned out, she liked another dude. and hey, think the soap opera of easy's life is done, no not quite: she liked his best friend.
a sigh escaped his lips as he blinked, that same crooked smile turning the corners of his mouth up like always. these days he just felt so empty, and he had no idea why. easy had all he ever wanted. girls, ciggerates, a few dime bags of weed at home, and well.. his friends. what more could he ask for? he had wished for someone to talk to, and now he got it, so he should really stop torturing himself like this. easy pushed the thoughts to the back of his head before grinning crookedly at jenny again, his eyes blank and just deep blue. like always.

i could say the same thing.
not really the answer she was looking for, but hey at least he was talking to her. Jenny looked around the room, walls covered in shiny album covers, "what makes you say that?" she asked even though she probably knew the answer. Normally Jenny would be here, she wasnt so into music that she made it herself. instead she was the type of person to be at a party, in the middle of the dance floor, dancing.
Jenny had been dancing since she could walk. Seeing as he parents had loads of money they had no problem sending her to classes, so now she was actually really good. Even though she would never tell anyone, she had actually been accepted to juliard but decided not to go. She tried to give up dancing when she was little but it hadnt worked out to well. It was her birthday when her father died, and she had made up a special dance just for him. Her mother wanted to see it, but while she was dancing her father was dying. That just tore little jenny up.
"i've been good." she said turning her attention back over to easy, "how about you? i heard you havent been out in awhile." she told him shrugging her shoulders, "which is wierd seeing as i normally see you out and about, with your buys schedule that is. whats going on?" jenny asked him curiously. she knew she had just asked a personal question, and her and easy didnt know eachother that well. but hey this was the perfect time to get to know one another right?
