GENERAL APPEARANCE:
The first things people notice about Valerie Logan are her beautiful almond-shaped eyes, which are a striking shade of blue. To accentuate this feature, she often lines her upper eyelids with black or charcoal eyeliner, and applies one or two coats of mascara on her already long lashes. There isn't much else she adds on her face, except for a clear coat of chapstick. She leaves everything else nealy untouched, not wanting to really bother with it.
She wears her hair either straightened or in loose waves, always keeping them long, past her shoulders. Always soft and shiny. A 5'6", she technically isn't petite, but her slender frame does allow her to fall under the description sometimes, especially when it comes to clothes. With the ability to shop in the ladies', petite and junior departments, Valerie considers herself rather fortunate to have such a large, not to mention diverse selection at her fingertips. She likes her style, usually always including a pair of Converse. Though she is a sucker for boots. Her body is the perfect shape for mini skirts and cropped jackets. The small bust on her body allows her to wear them without having to worry about the pockets being to high.

GENERAL TRAITS: caustic. rebel. party animal
PERSONALITY:
- tease Valerie teases nearly all boys she knows. Because of her teasing side shes never been able to fall in love and attach to just one guy. She doesn't like to linger on the thought and just goes about doing what she usually does. Hopefully a guy will be gutsy enough to keep trying and sweep her off her feet.
- party animal Oh, my God. Is Valerie ever outgoing or what. She just loves to be out and about being near attention. She's not an attention whore though, she doesn't like the spot light directly upon her. It's just her and the drinks and the fun.
- sarcastic i've never met someone who isn't sarcastic. And little Val has a high streak of it. She's always been sharped tongued when it comes down to it. Sometimes she can't stop herself and it slips, i swear. She's been getting better at keeping it to herself or one other person, but sometimes those nasty words still stream out.
- tomboy She's still got the side that isn't all parties and glamour. She gets it from her mother, who's always been there trying to get Val to calm down with her life and just become It. It's never exactly worked. For some reason, Valerie just loves to scrape some jeans and climb some trees. There are times where the impluse to just run somewhere comes over.
- Gregarious Valerie has to be social to know where the hottest spots are, right? She's got to know people to know what's going on and whos banging who. What other life is there to live if there is no gossip going about? Oh, and she needs to know what's been said about her so she can confirm or deny those nasty rumors.
LOVES: guys, sex, jeans, Disney channel, clubs, music, dancing, her friends, making friends, shopping, milkshakes, her ipod, the beach, nightclubs, parties, reading, movies, being hugged, summer, vacations, writing

FAMILY: A mom and a dad; Julie & Jacob
HOMETOWN: washington
HISTORY:
She grew up as a loud kid, rebellious and pushy. She never really listened to her parents. And when ever they moved she'd throw fits. At least until she hit 6th grade, then she didn't care as much, she was use to meeting new people by now and knew how to get people's attention. When she left, she didn't say another word to those people and just met new people, newer people who excited her and spiced up her life. By the time she was in high school she'd seen half the states and lived a life that some kids wished for.
Valerie moved around a lot when she a little girl. Her parents could never seem to stay rooted in one place. Valerie was a Senior in high school when they finally stopped moving. They landed in New York, New York. What a perfect place for Valerie to be. It took her a while to get started in college, but she managed and her mother threw a small party for a celebration. This began Valerie's love on the New York Party life. She hit college and got her classes down, but once the homework was done, she hit the nightlife.
She met several people, only a few she stuck with through her three years of college. But only three stick tight in her mind; Jude, Jensen and Brett. Oh, how she cared for them. Of course, Jude is now an ex and now only a friend, but for some reason, he's always stuck around in her mind, even though it's been a year since their relationship. She's moving on, crushing a few boys, but as said before, she's never stuck and settled with anyone (except Jude).

PHRASE:across the universe
ROLE-PLAY SAMPLE: [at least three paragraphs]
A loud yell from a small 5'4" girl could be heard at the West home. It was clearly Devon... spitting out a line of sailors words and sucking on her finger which had just been burned while she was straightening her hair. Her small fingers wrapped around the cold handle on the faucet and she ran her finger under her, groaning lightly. With a quick look in the mirror she tossed aside the burning machine (after turning it off) and pulled her hair up into a half-ponytail, sending mental obscene words to the straightener. Walking back to her room, clothed in only her bra and panties she dug into her closet pulling out a mini black dress. With a simple slip on the dress was on her body. It was a simple dress with a strap around the neck to hold it up without the hassle of tying it off. Then she slipped on her white flips flops, grabbed her keys and left the house. If it were Monday she may have spent more time getting ready. But it wasn’t Monday and she just didn’t care as much. She was careful as she drove; remembering that driving with flip flops wasn’t allowed anymore and didn’t feel like chancing to get pulled over by the man in uniform. At every light she sighed, impatient to get to school. Yes, this may sound weird but after talking to a new friend online she was excited to meet him, remembering how even after they chatted she was in a good mood as she got ready for bed and such. Even the loneliness of the house didn’t dampen her mood. This was always a good thing. After finally reaching the school parking lot she claimed her normal spot; which no one parked in since they knew it was hers not theirs. She climbed out of her car carefully and slipped her white backpack onto one shoulder. Pushing the lock button over her shoulder she hurried into the school building as fast her flip flops would let her. The sound of the rubber hitting the cement echoed a little and a few people turned. Which in turn she waved and acted like nothing was out of place.
The trip to locker was making her run a little later than usual. She had already missed her first class. But that was usually the case of her tutoring hour. It was something her mom had set up, and Devon was now one of the few kids who took an extra class every Wednesday to keep up with the school requirements. Her mother felt that she wasn’t getting enough time for her homework and talked to the school about this… thus putting Devon in a class for an extra hour of homework first thing in the morning; which made no sense to Devon so she never really went. She shut her locker after slipping in a two text books and grabbing her Chemistry stuff and made her way down the long hall to her class. A few people called out her name and in return she waved and smiled her mood still light from her IM conversation with Joey. It was just too good to forget and she was half wondering if he really did get her candy. She wouldn’t be disappointed if he didn’t; she didn’t expect much from people. They were usually disappointing to her. But that’s another story. It’s how she grew up. Holding her text book down to her side she walking into her class and didn’t really take note of who was already in there but took enough time to notice that the teacher was there, looking at her for a moment. She became suddenly a little conscious of her outfit and hurried to her desk. As she was about to place her book down she noticed a bag of candy on her desk. A grin took over her thin lips and she looked up at the desk behind her seeing Joey, “well hello my fiancée.” She laughed lightly, picking up the bag of candy and moving it aside slightly before sitting down, leaving her feet in the aisle to be able to talk to him before the bell rung. She took in his outfit (from what she could see) and admired his style. She peeked under the desk to see his shoes. Yes he had a nice style. He was definitely her new best mate.
Her elbow rested on his desk and she placed her chin upon her palm, looking up at him, “Where’s the leprechaun suit?” she teased with a small smile on her mouth. She turned after a moment to open her new candy bag and slipped on a few of the rings before laying the bag on his desk to allow him to take some candy as well, as she had promised. Then nibbled at the ring that was now placed on her ring finger. She smiled a little remembering the small joke that they had shared about going to Vegas to marry. It was all so amusing to Devon.
