PARKER DIOR ELLE

you may be a lover but you ain't no dancer,
FULL NAME: Parker Dior Elle
NICKNAMES?: Little Elle, PD
AGE: Twenty-one
GRADE: Sophomore
GENDER: female
SEXUAL ORIENTATION: Bisexual
OCCUPATION: Mom and dad pretty much pay for everything but she works as a barista at a local coffee shop to earn some extra spending money
SOCIAL STATUS: First Class
and the way she looked was way beyond compare ,
HEIGHT: 5’ 6”
WEIGHT: 120
HAIR:
Naturally Parkers hair is a dirty blonde. The shade of dark honey. But she prefers to dye her hair black. Not to be goth or anything of the sort, simply because the darker hair makes her features more pronounced. With choppy bangs hair that falls to about the middle of her chest, it’s a bit to handle. She rocks a ponytail on days she doesn’t feel like taming it. It has a slight natural wave to it, but not enough to consider her hair ‘curly’.
EYES:
One of Parkers favorite features, her eyes. They’re a piercing light blue. Like a topaz crystal. With such ivory skin, and dark hair, her eyes stand out even more. Even as a small child people gawked and awed over her eyes. When she’s extra excited they seem to light up even more. As for when she’s angry it’s as if flecks of dark blue appear in her eyes giving her a chilling stare.
BODY TYPE:
Parker was not always comfortable with her body. She went through an awkward phase where her legs and arms seemed to long for her body. She was picked on at school because of it. But as she grew into a young adult her body caught up and she stood at an average 5’ 6”. She has a slender frame that she often hugs in vintage tops with pencil skirts.
PIERCINGS/TATTOOS: If Parker could have her way, she’d be covered in ink. But that would cut her income off from ‘mommy and daddy dearest’ so she instead only has a few small tattoo’s she hides. One being the word ‘Karma’ tattoo’d on her right wrist. She has a few more planed but she has to keep them hidden!
ANYTHING ELSE?:
Parker has a serious problem when it comes to clothes. It’s like an addiction, someone seriously needs to get her help. She looks like a history book. One day she can look 1940s, 1970s hippie-chic, or sometimes that '80s Brooklyn hip-hop kid with the door-knocker earrings. She doesn’t shy away from the bright and the bold. She’s known for having her nails painted crazy colors such as ‘rainbow’ leopard print.
OVERALL:
Parker is spunky and outgoing with her look. She’s not afraid of bold colors, bright make up, or crazy hair styles. That doesn’t mean she looks like a clown everyday (only on the rare occasion). She’s just confident in her vintage look. Her closet is a time capsule and if there is a specific look your going for, you might be able to find it in her closet.
FACE CLAIM: Katy Perry
well my heart went zoom as i crossed that room,
PERSONALITY:
You’d never guess that Parker was such a tattered spirit with her wild personality. She’s outgoing and can be a little over the top at times. She’s that girl you see at a party with a drink in one hand, her arm slung over someone shoulder, and yelling about something. She’s a people person; it’s hard not to get a long with Parker. Sure, she’s very opinionated but she’s also very open minded. She doesn’t conform to just one group of people.
She tries her hardest to stay optimistic and look for the good in situations but she’s struggled with depression over the past couple of years. She’s one of those girls that can wear a smile, laugh all the time, but at the end of the day go home and feel so empty. She trust’s people too easily and that usually leads to her getting hurt. One of these days she’s going to give her trust to someone that’s really going to screw over.
On most good days Parker has a pretty blunt and sometimes crude sense of humor. Her bluntness has gotten her into quiet a bit of trouble. She can always turn something into a joke, when the occasion arises, she not like some people where you can’t have a serious conversation.
She’s a bit of a hopeless romantic. When she’s in a relationship she does everything for that one person. She’s really good at doing sweet little things, ie calling to say goodnight every night, breakfast in bed, etc. She’s a touchy feely person, but that’s just in general. She's not afraid to just hug her friends, or snuggle up with a group of people while watching a movie. There’s something comforting about having people close to you, ya know?
As much as she acts like she can brush anything off of her shoulders she’s very sensitive and takes some things way too personal. Sure, she gets along with everyone and anyone but that doesn’t mean she is best friends with them. Rather, Parker has a select few close friends. It’s like being in a crowded room, but feeling completely alone. It just takes a bit too really get into her shell. You’d never really know that by chatting with her, but if you hang around long enough you’d realize it. That the jokes are cover ups for insecurities.

FAMILY:
Jack Elle :: Father –Cosmetic Surgeon
Marie Elle:: Mother – Entertainment lawyer
Zooey Elle:: Older Sister – Teacher
Tyler Elle:: Younger Brother – Freshmen
HOMETOWN: Los Angeles, California
HISTORY:
Once upon a time there lived an Entertainment Lawyer and a Cosmetic Surgeon. Fate brought these two together and within seven months of dating they were already on their way to starting a family. Quickly hitched and sharing a multimillion dollar home. How very LA right? Six years after Zooey Brandon Elle was born, Parker Dior Elle arrived. Marie, Parker’s mother, had her heart set on another boy so when she found out that she was having a girl, she just couldn’t bring herself to change the name she had picked out. Thus Parker was given the most girly middle name her mother could thing of ‘Dior’ just incase Parkere would prefer to go by that.
As a child, having a boys name and being a girl wasn’t exactly ‘hip’ or ‘cool’ it was more on the odd side. The Elementary years were hell. Kids are brutal and aren’t very kind to a little girl named ‘Parker’. No matter, Zooey, her older sister made sure to take care of anyone who felt the need to pick on her. It was like something out of a movie on the play ground. Right as the bullies were about to strike a blow, Zooey would show up out of no where to save the day. Fortunately, Parker and Zooey didn’t have the normal sibling rivalries, there might have been something in the water they were drinking but for some odd reason they got along quiet well. It wasn’t till Parkers’ teen years that this relationship would be their downfall.
During Junior high Parker stole one of the guitars a fellow musician had left in her mothers office. By the time she had realized the guitar was gone she had learned five songs and was well on her way to writing her own. Of course her mother was a bit mad that she had stolen quiet an expensive guitar but her mother bought Paker her own and sent her on her way. The halls of their large house soon began to echo with the sound of her acoustic guitar and Parkers melodic voice. She was even able to become president of her Choir. Geekish, mmm… Well maybe but she was finally starting to become known as the hip fashion forward girl with a guitar, rather then “That girl with a boys name.”
It was Junior year for Parker and Zooey was nearly finished with her bachelors degree; at this point the Elle’s had added another boy to the roster, Tyler . Still following in her sister’s shadow, Parker tagged along with her sister to the parties, college football games, and occasional bonfire at the beach. They say junior year is your hardest and most stressful year. Parker dealt with the stress in a destructive way, she turned to drugs and alcohol in true Hollywood fashion. Parker did her best to avoid it by locking herself in her room or hanging out with her own friends, but it wasn’t long before her friends were using as well so their was no avoiding it.. Together they used pot, coke, and one of them always had a bottle of vodka hidden in their closet. It wasn’t until Parker turned 18 that her parents finally noticed
Rather then send their children to rehab and cause headlines they did they best to keep everything “hush hush”. What to do with Parker? Over her head and completely distraught and the idea of being sent away her self she couldn’t handle it. She packed a bag and late one night jumped on a bus and headed out of town. Where exactly was she going? No idea. She got as far as San Francisco where she was escorted off the bus, into the back of a police car and driven home. After that stunt there was no option of her returning to any form of normality. Her parents signed her out of public school, hired a private tutor and she was to finish the rest of her high school education as a home school student. On top of that she was seeing a therapist once a week, a psychiatrist every other week and was being watched like a hawk at all hours. Luckily she wasn’t deemed a ‘risk to herself or others’ after a few months of this so her parents lessened up. Her life wasn’t normal by any stretch of the imagination but being away from it all was a bit of a relief. She could devote four hours a day to her school work and the rest to shopping, the gym, write music and drive around to take pictures. It allowed her to spend quality time with her older sister as well bringing them together.
Once she received her high school diploma she made sure to get the Hell out of LA and California in general. She needed a change from all of this and to get away from the people that would bring up terrible habits again. But what to major in? Music business of course! She wanted to know the ins and outs of the industry she’d be working for. With a chance to minor in photography she couldn’t turn down New York . Sure it was across the country and when she first brought it up her parents nearly had a heart attack but she was able to talk them into it.
So daddy dearest offered to pay for her apartment on a ‘good side’ of town so he knew she would stay out of trouble. Don’t people ever realize, the more money there is available, the easier it is to get drugs? Oh dear. Let’s hope this charming girl can keep her wits about her and not fall back into her old ways. Oh but temptation usually sings the sweetest melodies.

YOUR NAME; London

PHRASE: ADMIN EDIT.
ROLE-PLAY SAMPLE: [at least three paragraphs]
-The platform was buzzing with students as Owen Beckett uneasily pushed her trolley forward. She was a petite girl and with all of her supplies stacked high, she looked even smaller. She paused hesitating as she glanced back to watch her mother, father and brother’s come through the wall onto the platform.
“Owen dear, straight ahead!” Her mother gave her a comforting pat on the back and ushered her forward. She leaned into the trolley giving it a powerful push but it only moved forward slightly. Her old brother, William, chuckled and put his hands on either side of hers and helped push with her. He was 6’ 2”, a whole foot taller then her thanks to her fathers genes.
“Honestly dear, did you have to dye your hair such a bright color right before heading off to school? I mean yes it’s…pretty….but dear…” Her mothers voice trailed off as she glanced up at her brother who simply shook his head. She loved her mother dearly but she was overly concerned at times.
“Now remember, lets not have a repeat of pervious years.” Her father said as they stopped the trolley by the loading bay. She knew exactly what he was talking about. He was hinting at her brother. He had nearly been expelled numerous times. Her family always warned him about how if he behaved the way he did in school later on in life, he’d end up in Azkaban. Two years since his graduation and he was still home free (knock on wood!).
“Honestly I’ll be fine! It’s just school.” She tugged her messenger bag of the trolley letting it hang on her shoulder. “I’ll be home for Christmas with maybe a detention or two under my belt to get it out of the way.” She smirked but the only one who seemed to find it funny was her two brothers. She lifted the messenger bag open to allow her fluffy tabby cats head to peak out. “Look I’ve got Sophie here to keep an eye on me! I’ll be alright, I’ll write you in the morning to tell you which house I’m in.”
“Best of luck dear, I hope you’re sorted into Gryffindor!”
“Or there is nothing wrong with Ravenclaw.”
Lovely, she was stuck trying to please one parent over the other! Honestly she didn’t care which house she ended up in. Her older brother William had been in Slytherin to top it all off, and her other brother Tyler was still too young to even attend to Hogwarts. Oh the situations she was always placed in.
“Well, you’ll all know by tomorrow.”
After a quick goodbye for everyone, her older brother slipping a letter into her bag, and her younger brother pulling her cats ear (he really is a terror!), she was on her way to Hogwarts!
She was amazed to find an empty compartment though it seemed it was going to stay that way. Every time a passerby glanced in, they simply pointed at her hair, giggled and ran off. ‘Whatever!’, she thought, ‘I’m not here to please everyone, just keep your head up high and remember not to give them the pleasure of seeing you feel self conscious.’ As bold as her hair statement was she did have self conscious tendencies.
“Meeerrow!” Her cat stretched on the seat across from her, walked in a small little circle, and then laid down tucking herself into a content and comfy ball. Owen grinned watching how her cat made herself at home no matter where she was. She tried to keep that same mentality as more students continued to pass her by. She quickly remembered her brother had slipped her a note before there departure. In much haste she withdrew the letter eager to see what her brother had written.
Little O,
Follow in my legacy! Just kidding, but don’t forget to have fun. I hope I’ve taught you well. I’ll be sending you dome of my prank things in the coming weeks so you’ll have some mail to look forward to. Just remember to hide it carefully!
In these dark times keep your friends close and your enemies closer. Stay out of the THAT kind of trouble! I know you have a smart head on your shoulders so remember to use it.
Miss you already,
William
A smile had been painted on her face the more she had read and for some odd reason she felt tears rim her eyes. She honestly missed her brother already. She knew she’d create her own family at Hogwarts the minute she got there, she was an outgoing kind of girl but nothing could replace the bond she shared with her older brother. She leaned her head against the window watching the scenery blur by as she continued her thoughts. Her hazel eyes slowly blinked a few times then gave one final blink as she drifted off.
“Umm, excuse me, Miss, Umm…”
She felt a hand on her shoulder softly shaking her awake. Her vision was blurred and she felt rather stiff having her head pressed against the window. She gave a yawn and stretched her arms above her head as she turned seeing who had awaken her. Apparently she hadn’t been alone on her ride to Hogwarts. Four other first years had taken a seat in the compartment and were now all standing and waiting for her.
“Oh, hello” She said in a groggy tone. “Sorry, I had a long night before hand” She scratched the back of her head and attempted to smooth out a few misplaced locks. They all had warm, welcoming smiles on as they gestured out the compartment door. She opened her messenger bag again and let Sophie jump in. She glanced out the window to see tons of students filing through the station. A wave of excitement over took her body. She was finally here!
“First years to the docks, First years to the docks!” the instructions echoed through the air as the prefects instructed the nervous looking younglings. They all had that deer in the head lights look.
“We’ll take your bag miss.” She protectively put her hand on the shoulder strap.
“But why, my cat’s in there!”
“It’s alright she’ll be in your dorm after the sorting ceremony” She knew that no harm would come to her cat but she worried about what harm could come to the prefects forced to handle her. She was quiet a protective cat.
“Be good!” She called as she was pulled in the wave of first years towards the dock. Her compartment mates and Owen all pilled into a boat. She was in awe as the boats lurched forward and amazingly began floating towards the school. The moment they came around a bend in the lake and Hogwarts came into view her jaw literally dropped. The castle stood in a looming yet beautiful stature. It was rather dark out but the castle was silhouetted by the moons bright glow. She could make out the great hall since there were many candles floating near the windows.
She had to break her gaze from the castle as the boat gave a sudden stop at the dock. It took every fiber of her being not to sprint up the pathway towards the castle. But she made her way to the front of the heard as they traveled up and onwards. The tall oak doors gave a loud creak as their caretaker lead forwards. The sound of the first years excitement echoed off the walls as entered. Everything felt like a maze as they headed towards the Great Hall. Her stomach dropped out a little, ‘How am I honestly ever going to learn my way around this place!’
Before she could finish looking over the many portraits the great hall doors swung open. The hall was silent and it felt like every eye was on her. Well not just her but everyone gets that feeling of being singled out when you walk into a large room and everyone’s staring. Instead of shrinking back into the crowd like a few first years next to her, she stood her ground. She marched forward and down the narrow gap towards the front of the hall. She glanced around at the older students sitting at each table. Which one was going to be her family?
One of the professors gave a quick speech welcoming the students and explaining the sorting ceremony. She barely heard the sorting hats song as she fixated her gaze on the ceiling. She kept imaging how amazing that would be in her room.
“Owen Beckett….Owen Beckett……Has anyone see that boy? Owen Beckett?”
She glanced away from the ceiling just in time to hear the professor call her a boy. It wasn’t the first time someone had mistaken her name for a boy’s name. Her mom had her heart set on the name Owen after William and didn’t mind that her next child was a girl; she still was set on the name Owen.
She slowly stepped forward and met a few confused gazes.
“I’m Owen professor.” She said stepping up towards the stool. Her Professor’s eyebrows rose slightly as he glanced at the parchment, then to Owen, then back and forth a few times. He gave a slight shrug and stepped to the side allowing her to take a seat. She gazed out all of Hogwarts. This time she knew for sure everyone was staring at her.
‘Hmmm let’s see...’ Her eyes widen as the sorting hats voice broke out. ‘Hmm what confusion we have here. Your mom a Gryffindor, your father a Ravenclaw, and your older brother a slytherin…. Confident and loyal both qualities of Gryffindor and Slytherin, but your smarts would fit into Ravenclaw….Hmm picky picky but your quick wit and charm will have to fit into…
“GRYFFINDOR”
A roar of applause broke out through the hall and she couldn’t help but smile. Her mother would be so ecstatic to hear the good news. At least the tie wouldn’t clash too much with her hair. She hopped down for the stool, placing the hat down and shaking her hair back into position. The Gryffindor table all seemed to be gesturing for her to take a seat and giving her big thumbs up and smiles. So this was her new family. She was greeted with a few pats on the back and a few people began introducing themselves. She glanced around at the other tables only to meet the glares of Slytherin. How quickly people turn on you. But she knew it didn’t matter. She belonged to this house, this family. Hogwarts was quickly beginning to feel like home.-
